WatchGuard Cloud (WGC) and WatchGuard Endpoint Security (WES) Maintenance

On March 28th, 2026 between 13:00 UTC and 17:00 UTC WatchGuard will be performing important maintenance within our infrastructure that will affect our WatchGuard ID & Login Service (WGID) and WatchGuard Endpoint Security (WES).

During this 4 hour maintenance period, users may experience service interruptions in WGID and the WatchGuard Cloud (WGC) Web UI when logging in (and using MFA, or SAML SSO), managing their account and operators, or administering WGC services. There could also be service interruptions logging in to WatchGuard.com and activating WatchGuard products. WatchGuard Endpoint Security (WES) Administration and Console actions such as production allocation, and account migrations may also be affected during this time. It’s important to know that Security Signatures will not be impacted by these operations.
