On Thursday January 01 2026, starting at 08:00 UTC, WatchGuard's Activation Portal will be under maintenance. This maintenance window is expected to last 24 hours. During this time, partners will not be able to activate MSSP devices that are sold on Jan 1, 2026. Activations attempted during this maintenance window will be unavailable until maintenance is complete. Devices sold before January 1 will activate normally.
