Investigating

We're investigating reports of AuthPoint token activation errors affecting some subscriber accounts in the Americas WatchGuard Cloud region. Affected customers will see an "Invalid QRCode" error when attempting to activate a new AuthPoint Token.

Once we determine the impact and scale of these errors we'll post our next update in 60 minutes, if not sooner.
