On 10 Jul 2025, starting at 13:00 UTC, WatchGuard will be performing maintenance that could affect several of our systems for a brief period of time.


The maintenance window is approximately 15 minutes.


During this maintenance window the following services / features will not be available:


  • WatchGuard Endpoint Security products (WES) UIs will not be accessible in WatchGuard Cloud, including the Endpoint Manager

  • Ability to download FireCloud, ThreatSync+ and AdSync agents and view status

  • Migrations of Panda accounts to WES




Additionally, there will be delays in:


  • Accounts provisioning for WES, FireCloud and ThreatSync+

  • Allocation of WES licenses in WatchGuard Cloud and view of licenses in use

  • Aether related information in ThreatSync

  • Changes in groups and accounts in WatchGuard Endpoint Manager
